Guardian ad Litem

Courts will often appoint a legal professional to investigate and make recommendations regarding the best interests of minor children in Family Court.  We've been advocating for children for almost 20 years!

Parent Coordination

A Parent Coordinator is a Court-appointed professional who works with high conflict post-separation couples in making decisions for the best interests of their children.  Rebecca is currently the only Dade County Certified Spanish-speaking Parent Coordinator.  She has been working as a Parent Coordinator since the Parent Coordinator Statute was signed in 2008.

Expert Testimony

With a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University, a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and 20 years experience in the Family Court, Rebecca can and has testified with great knowledge and expertise regarding the experiences of children going through their parents' divorce and what would be in their best interests in the short and long-term.

Therapy

Going through a separation and divorce is one of the biggest stressors an individual or a family can face.  We offer a full range of therapy services in the practice, including individual, couple, and family counseling.  We also offer other therapeutic aspects of divorce, including parenting training, reunification services, and supervised time-sharing.
